Nokia has launched much awaited N8 recently. The Nokia N8 is Nokia’s first Symbian^3 smartphone and represents Nokia’s fightback against Apple and Android. That’s why the new N8 is arguably Nokia’s most important handset in years. What you want to know, though, is if it’s worth buying or not.
To start with, the phone is full of features, starting with a camera to envy, a whopping 12 megapixels, xenon flash, Carl Zeiss optics & mechanical shutter & if that was not enough you can also Shoot HD videos through the same 12 megapixel camera.
Not just that you can also Playback HD-quality films at 720p resolution, thanks to the N8′s huge memory and its HDMI output.
The phone also boasts of secondary front-facing camera lets you make video calls, and you can listen to your movies in Dolby 5.1 surround sound.

All in all Nokia N8 is the best featured phone ever developed by Nokia and Nokia is pumping up N8 with more than 2000 New Apps. But it still hasn’t been able to make an intuitive user interface you expect at the price range above 26,000 rupees.
The Nokia N8 is remarkably priced at 370 EUR or Rs. 26,259 approximately before taxes and is now available across the country.
Is it a true that this so called new flagship phone from Nokia still cannot provide support for very basic VPN and RDP protocols?
A friend of mine has shown me on his IPhone how he can remotely access his computer over PPTP VPN and have full control over his computer with some sort of Remote Desktop software. He claims that even if exist Remote Desktop software on Nokia phones, it still cannot be used for secure access because there is no proper VPN support on all Nokia made phones.
In this case Nokia phones cannot be used for business at all.
I don’t have N8, that is why I am asking, is it true that Nokia N8 phone does not have very basic VPN support like PPTP and L2TP?
Is it True or false?
Nokia N8 could not live up to the expectations. Mainly because of its sluggish Operating system.
